Developing ICT as English Language Teaching (ELT) materials in Indonesia is still being studied higher education contexts. Nowadays, amid covid 19 there are many tools, apps and technologies integration virtual classroom. can be used media for teaching learning process it should related today’s fact by integrating easy enough to share access the students’ devices (Muthmainnah, et.all, 2021 Apriani et.al, The purposes of this study investigate impact development instructional design incorporating social media- movie based project (SMMBLP) Computer Science Faculty engagement student’s online environment. method quantitative research pre-experimental investigates SMMBLP on skill motivation ELT. participants were first semester students academic year 2020-2021 at Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar consisted 40 students. data collected test; pre-test, post-test questionnaire. result implied that very effective enhancing motivation. suggests SMMBL or Hybrid/ Blended environment next model ELT EFL
